Just a question

So after a miscarriage in December today I finally decided to go back on the pill ( microgynon pill ) .

Was just wondering how it works with - if I got pregnant ( but didn’t know ) and took it as normal ( 21 days and 7 day break ) how would that effect the baby and the pregnancy? Would I lose the baby?

I’m just worried that I’ll get pregnant and not know , and that I’ll have taken the pill all month not realising I’m pregnant and that I’ll lose the baby or worse damage the baby .. I don’t to miscarry again .
