Why Glow doesn't adjust fertile window?

Hey, 
does anybody know why Glow doesn't automatically adjust the green fertile window to measurements of body basal temperature (BBT)? My temp. rise isn't on the day glow says it is ovulation day.. 
Is it possible to adjust it manually? 😊 
What experience do you have with this simpto-thermal birth control method? 😊

Glow’s algorithms more strongly take into consideration opks vs bbt. Fertility friend app is much more accurate in determining ovulation days based on temp than glow. If you want to adjust yours, just put a positive opk the day before ovulation and see if that adjusts it. It may also not be adjusting because you’re missing data right before ovulation. Try your best to temp every day especially around ovulation
