I stopped my birth control recently and my body hasn’t regulated my cycle yet. I am technically 2 weeks late.

On Monday night I started spotting dark brown.

Tuesday I woke up with heavier brown/dark red bleeding(definitely more than spotting) all day with cramping all day(not heavy cramping but not light either.)

Today, Wednesday, I wake up and there is now no blood at all, with very light cramping.

Could this be my period attempting to start? Or could this be signs of implantation bleeding? Help! Any tips or experience is great!
