EWCM? Very irregular cycles don’t know when to BD! Please help ❤️

I have super irregular cycles (I’m on cycle day 55) I’m new to examining my cervix, but it feels high, medium softness and open. My temp hasn’t shifted up, but I have this CM! Does this mean I should BD!?!
