Retroverted Uterus

Does anyone else have a uterus that tilts back? I’m 11w6d and I sill can’t hear a heartbeat with the fetal Doppler monitor I have at home. I had an US at 9 weeks and they had a hard time seeing anything. They finally got a good enough picture to be able to measure, but couldn’t hear a heart. We could see it fluttering away, but still can’t hear it. I’ve read that my uterus should move to a “normal” position between weeks 10 and 12, but since I can’t hear the heart, I don’t think it’s moved, yet. Not sure if I should be worried or not.
