These are the prenantals that I'm currently taking. 
Is there anything else better out there?? Feel free to leave your comments. Thank You in advance.

Gummies have wayyyy less vitamins and nutrients than you need. Unless you're supplementing with other things, you shouldn't take gummies. I have these gummies but I don't take them anymore, here's the vitafusion gummies nutritional facts

And then the Rainbow Light prenatal one vitamins

I also take prenatal DHA. I like the Rainbow Light vitamins, but they're pretty big. I suggest not taking gummies, for their lack of nutrients.

On the left are the Rainbow prenatals that I and some other women are talking about. You should also be taking DHA in addition to your prenatals. I take the ones on the right.

This is what I use 🤗 yes it’s a pain to take 6 a day, but they’re gummies and taste good so it’s not too bad.

Gummies dissolve better. Digestion starts in the mouth. You chew it breaking it down for your stomach. With pills you are just swallowing them, so you skip a step in the digestion process. On top of this there is no guarantee that it will dissolve all the way. Lots of people even pass their prescription medicine when they poop. It has to dissolve for your body to absorb it better. Some pills don’t do that. One reason some medicine hits you faster when it’s crushed up before taking it is that it’s absorbed faster than if it were whole. When it’s whole the stomach has to work harder to break it down so that it can be absorbed by the body. 
Also, when taking medication of any kind you should drink LOTS of water. Water is a transporter for nutrients for our bodies. Water is very important when you want your body to get the best out of vitamins and minerals. 
Btw, this is the kind of Prenatal Vitamins I take. I love the gummies because they are delicious. lol. I haven’t had any complaints with this brand so I haven’t thought about switching to a different brand, and I don’t think I will. 
As long as you are getting the right amount of Folic Acid and other essential vitamins all while eating a balanced diet, I wouldn’t worry about “what’s better”.
