Putting a participating father on child support

I just made the poll but now I’m making this post to better explain my situation. We have two kids together and he helps out financially and is a great father but I feel he should be contributing to more than just the needs of our children. I can’t live in a one bedroom because I have 3 kids and my utilities obviously run higher than his so he should be helping out with that since it’s due to me raising his kids.
