How long have you had morning sickness?

Mine seems like it’s not even at its peak yet at 12 weeks. I haven’t thrown up yet, but I feel like I’d feel better if I do. It’s just almost constant nausea now, and it’s more intense the hungrier I am. 
How do you eat when you’re nauseous?🤢

I start with saltines and go from there. it takes about an hour for me to eat a real meal. by the time I get to the end, everything is cold.

I’ve been nauseous since 4-5 weeks. The only thing that helps is eating every two hours like clockwork. Waiting too long to eat makes it way worse. Keeping blood sugar level helps keep it under control.

I’ve been battling morning sickness since about week 5.  I throw up every single morning first thing...GOOD MORNING TO ME!!  Then wait about an hour and drink a protein shake.

This sounds gross but I try to eat things that aren't to bad to throw up, like most fruit isn't too bad and crackers or bread are ok if you drink plenty of water. I stay away from protein and dairy for sure. And I drink plenty of water or water mixed with juice which seems to stay down better sometimes.  
I've currently been throwing up everyday for 2 weeks but with my first it lasted nearly 3 months so I expect to be sick for a while still.

My morning sickness lasted from weeks 6-10. But I know a lot of people that had it until week 17-20. Its different for everyone.
