First time need some advice!!

Hi all! So I recently started having sex, I’m in college and just got a boyfriend. I am on the combination birth control pills and have been on them for almost a year now. Me and him also decided to use condoms as extra protection since we want to be as safe as possible... I know there is always a chance of pregnancy during sex but should I worry about it? I was raised in a strict household with the idea that anytime you have sex you’d probably get pregnant which still freaks me out to this day. We’ve had sex like four times already in the past month and I’ve been feeling a little nauseous.. not sure if it’s due to my anxiety or not? Any advice would be great!
