Help counting AF

Hi everyone I really need some help with this so glow and one other app said AF was coming 6/30 and I had two other apps saying it was starting on 6/29 on 6/29 I spotted only a little in the evening then nothing the next day 6/30 my flow started. Now 7/3 was the last day I had any bleeding which is also weird because my cycle is always six days but my question is which day do I count as cd1?
