ive been,having an,anxiety attack since 10 am this morning. ive been hyperventilating crying and,getting hives. ive just now calmed down and,its 1pm

You can call off for whatever you want, but there still may be consequences, depending on your employer. My husband has had extreme anxiety and panic attacks. He called off quite a bit, was even on FMLA for a while, but he ran out of FMLA and was basically told that if he didn’t quit, he would eventually be fired.
