So, we’d like to tell our parents within the next week or so, so we have support early on. I’m 7 weeks today. We’re waiting to officially/publicly announce until after the genetic testing at 12 weeks. I see all of these posts about the actual announcement but I’m trying to find a unique way to tell our parents first. This is our first child. I’m their only girl, but between my siblings, they have 5 little girls. My mom has been willing a baby into me for years now, so she’ll be beyond excited. This will be the first grandchild for my in-laws though, so I want to make it special for them.
