Everlee Violet arrived on May 28, one week after her due date. She was/is 8lbs, 7oz of pure beauty and perfection.

The baby blues have already hit and trying to deal with it is hard. When our 2 year old was born the blues lasted for about 3 weeks. I really don't want to go through this again but it looks like I am going to. Please, does anyone have any advice on how to deal? Everlee is my 5th baby and I still have not found a good way to handle the blues. I did placenta encapsulation this time and am taking the capsules and I am even trying Zoloft this time, but the hormones are winning right now.
