Any fitness people can maybe help?

Ok so I just recently bought an upright bike which I love, but I feel like all it’s done is help me lose weight. Supposedly it’s supposed to help build glutes, but have you ever seen a cyclist with a big butt? Cause me neither lol so I was thinking about buying a little mini stair twist stepper to help build my glutes but i wasn’t sure if that would really even help? Maybe if I wore ankle weights or held some weights on top of that. Anyone think I should invest in it or just stick with my upright bike and do lunges or something
