what size tampons do you use the most?

I use regular and supers but mostly supers. just wondering what everyone else uses. off birth control I use ultra, the biggest size available which I've only found made by tampax pearl.

it depends on how heavy my period is and how long I plan to be  wearing the tampon
I don’t wear tampons that often but when I do I just buy the Tampax pearl box with light regular and super, and they are all pretty close in size/absorbency

I’m the same way. The biggest reason I got on the pill is because my periods were heavy and getting worse and worse. I’ve always had a heavy period, so I’d use super plus and change several times a day. Then I started needing ultra and I decided enough was enough. Now I use mostly super but I only change 2-3 times a day on my heaviest days, and now it’s getting lighter. Plus I don’t have to worry about pregnancy. Birth control is glorious.

I have to use ultra for 4 1/2 days out of 6. It sucks
