Am I pregnant test and other

So I have been getting faint lines on plus tests midstream tests and other but it’s common to me as I always do but this is was may 6or 9 when I had sex and all this week all I have done is feel sick been sick but took in pee sample to doctors last week and test come back negative could it be negative and be a bug or could I actually be pregnant and doctors can’t detect it yet I’m driving myself crazy and can’t have bloods done yet
