My tia wants to know if she should press charges?
Ladies my little cousin is 13 and in the 8 th grade well some kid who is (17) in the 8 th grade beat my cousin up. He had to go to the hospital to get looked at. She is so mad and wants to know if she should press charges or let it be. It's his grandma but my Tia his dad passed in June 2017 and his mom is out there doing her own thing. So my Tia is raising him.
