Anyone have experience with antibodies and hemolytic disease of the baby?

I have been posting all over the place and no one seems to know anything! Does anyone know about the mom developing antibodies against their babies? I just found out I have the anti-S antibody which apparently is super rare and I am not reading good things online. Pregnant with my second right now.

My sister had this and they had to take blood from the cord when she gave birth to see if the baby had got the antibodies from her blood, if so they put baby on antibiotics and under a lamp for jaundice for couple of days and then baby should be ok. If blood from cord is ok then baby shouldn’t need anything. X

I have/had this. My body produces the anti-d antibodies and my baby was born with HDN. He was severely jaundiced and anemic. My obgyn missed it so when my baby was born he received blood transfusions. He was sick for 4 months but he’s doing great now. For all future pregnancies I will have to get blood transfusions through the placenta for the baby.
