IBS Help TMI

Hello,

I have IBS constipation and have dealt with it for a while now. But lately I’ve been having horrible stomach cramping and just upset stomach lately. However, just today it got to the point of not being able to eat lunch it was so bad. Does anyone else have this? What have you done to help the pain?
