Second donor insemination today stood on my head for over an hour, let gravity do its thing. But when I stood up feels like it all poured back out. Didn't happen the other day so I feel like it was a waste of time. Not getting my hopes up for it to work as it hurts when it doesn't but will be a nice surprise if it does
