freaking out about "after birth"...
so I'm a first time mom, due in October. and I've been increasingly more freaked out and worried about the "after birth" portion of having a baby. .. the bleeding that comes after, the pain while using the bathroom. I'm scared. I've read a little bit about what helps with all that but I'm serious freaking out. idk if I can handle it. . any advice would be greatly appreciated if you've been through this before.
