Need help..first pregnancy.

I’m 21 weeks pregnant with my first baby, alittle girl. And I know this sounds weird but I can’t find an answer. My nipples feel like sand paper, when I get a shower. What does this mean?? And when I make love to my spouse, my vagina is really tight, what does this mean?? Too. Please help.
