are these dots stretch marks or cellulite, or something else?
i've had them for a while. they're not itchy, sore, in pain, or have any sensations whatsoever and they're only in that one spot.

I see the other women saying stretch marks. I have stretch marks there too but they’re really light. I get bumps from the chafe and then they go away.  yours could be different though

If your thighs chafe a lot those are just bumps from the irritation of friction. I get them all the time.
