Ketogenic Diet?

Does anyone do this diet? I’m thinking of trying it as watching lots of you girls on here on your weight loss journey has inspired me! Does anybody have any advice/tips/tricks? Or any other diet suggestions 😁

Keto is lifeeee! I say dive right in and keep it simple! Lots of meats, leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, green beans etc.) look at all nutrition labels because carbs are hidden in everything and drink bucket loads of water! After the first week it gets a lot easier and you feel amaaazing! I’m a week and a half in, down 13 lbs and I’ve never felt better! Do some research on your own so you can get an idea of approved foods and what not. 💖 good luck on your journey!

yes eating less processed foods and avoiding lots of carbs and sugars is a great diet in general not just for weight loss
