This app says baby can now hear at 14 weeks  but when I googled it says baby starts to hear at 18 weeks witch is right ?

At 14weeks all they can hear is something similar to static white noise. Not completely sure when they actually can though but when they do they hear what it would sound like to us underwater.

According to actual medical articles I’ve read outside of this app, it’s 18 weeks or so.
