These past days I’ve experienced a burnin sensation down there, on the lips, the clitoris and right inside the vagina. It itches as well. Peeing does hurt, and it feels like I got to pee even tho I don’t have to. There are no funky smell at all, everything smells like normal. What can this be?

I am currently on antibiotics to get rid of acne and I also got the implant. I have heard that these can affect things down there? I am alsonot in a relationship but I did have unprotected sex for about a month ago. Would love to get help on this. Thank youu!!
