Help😩😩

Hello everyone! I have a question. Has anyone ever had the left side of the lower stomach swollen and felt pain in their legs? I have experienced that lately and I have gone to the ob/gyn doctor but they say everything’s fine and this has been going on for around 2 months on and off ? Other things I be noticed is brownish blood during my period around the beginning of it . Some one please tell me what to do
