Anybody ever experience this before? 3 little bubbles filled with what looks like clear fluid. They don't hurt or anything

They’ll go away eventually just don’t pop then

Could be blister-type things from your teeth rubbing on your lips. I get them all the time because I bite my lips - my teeth rub below or above where I’m biting, and then I get these, and I try to bite them, and it’s a vicious cycle. You should be able to ignore them and they’ll go away eventually.
