Priorities yall

My dad died in April out of no where & I was given the deed to my house and the renter house behind me.

I told her don’t even worry about back-owed rent, April, or may, and starting every 1st pay me $375. She agreed, two weeks ago.

This morning she says she wants to pay half on Wednesday, and the other half the Wednesday after that.

I walk outside to go to my car to go to work.... and..... there is a huge above ground pool they’re all in, that wasn’t there last night 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

But you know.... paying $375 for the first time in MONTHS just can’t be accomplished right now.
