IntelliGender year?

I’m looking for something fun to do with my SO and family as I have my SO’s birthday this week, Fathers Day and my moms birthday the day after. Haven’t been able to see a doctor yet due to insurance nonsense so my parents don‘ even know ( I’m 10 weeks tomorrow). Was hopingntk have an ultra sound to do something cool for all of them but looks like it may not happen at least by my SOs birthday. Does the IntelliGender work? The SneakPeak is outside my budget and I’d rather do something with an immediate result that we can do together anyway. Let me know your experiences!
