when applying for chip for my dd do I just put down her father and my information since we’re the ones caring for her or my whole household? We have a complicated situation where my dd and I are considered to be living at my moms and he lives with his family...until we can find our own place. I feel if I put my mom on there the household would make to much to qualify but she’s not paying for my dd expenses her father and I are. Please help I’m honestly really confused and I need insurance for her ASAP!
