I think i ovulated 4 days ago but it could of been sooner I took a opk 4 days ago and was possitive but in the past I have normally have 3 days of possitive opks but the day after was negative i had ovulation cramping 4 days ago on my left side i could of ovulated sooner ....anyways ive been having low mild cramping like mild AF cramps ive been getting really tired around mid day ... I keep having hot flashes which I know could be rise in progesterone... and this morning TMI ive had diarrhea and felt like this hot rush come through my body which made me want to throw up... I know it's early and im probably just symptom spotting but did anyone have this early and come out with a BFP later on? ❤
