my husband been working out. he's does protein shakes and ore workout stuff called jacked 3. Any know if it causes issues or low sperm count?

Answer

Any kind of stimulant can affect his sperm. Caffeine in high doses is bad. Too much b vitamins can be bad too. If it has any kind of hormone supplant, that’s even worse. Unless he’s done his research and knows those shakes are the healthiest thing he can take, if ask him to stop. Or talk to his dr.

I’d read the ingredients and check to see if there are side effects. While TTC, we took my husband off any preworkout stuff. He did take a bunch of other supplements but all were for TTC.
