Question about the law
So I let my SOs friend of 16 years come stay on our couch so he could get back on his feet. He only had one major rule and that was to be looking and to find a job.
Long story short it's been four months and he still has not job. Not only that he stole my SOs prescriptions to sell for cash and stole some other stuff. He spread lies between me and my SO trying to ruin our relationship and did the same to our other two friends trying to ruin their relationship. Finally we all caught into what was actually happening and I kicked him out of my apartment.
Long story short
My friend Mal (who has a very sweet heart) went to someone's house he was saying at to talk to him about his actions and explain that we arnt mad..we're just really hurt. I don't know what he said to her but she ended up punching him in the nose...there were 4 other people in the room when this happened and one of the people came up behind Mal and hit her in the head..she fell to the ground and my roommate then shoots her in the face with a BB gun 6 times and then slices her arm to the bone with a freaking SWORD. Yes... SWORD! Wth?
While this is happening everyone else is just letting him do it. Nobody stopped him
She wasn't even a threat anymore and he continued to attack her. She escaped and drove to the hospital but his scared to make a police report because she knows that she shouldn't have hit him first and she doesn't want to go back to jail.
My question is...is What he did really concidered self defense? She didn't leave a mark on him.. nor did she even appear like she was going to continue to attack.
The punch was most likely warranted because he's a dick. I know the law doesn't see it like this
He made the police report in Keller and if she makes one it will be made in Tarrant County.. she needs to make report to protect herself but won't because she is scared they will arrest her right then and there.
She has 20 stitches and had 6 BBs pulled from her face. He has nothing! Will they really concider arresting her? She wasn't even at the scene of the crime when the police arrived.
