Zit down there

So in the shower today I felt something like a zit so I checked it out, it kind of look a white head. I know I definitely shouldn’t pop it. Has anyone had one before? What did you do for it?

Also I’m 99% sure it’s not sti related, I haven’t done anything sexual in a long time. I don’t think it’s an ingrown hair either
