Why are so many frats and sororities mainly white

Idk around where I live they aren't. But why does it matter? Isn't the reason to join for support, sisterhood, and community?

Idk where you live, but where I do, they are very diverse.

Idk. It’s changing though. My sorority was pretty diverse. If it makes you more comfortable, you can always join a multicultural Greek organization instead.
