Why are men sooo confusing!!

I have such a complicating relationship with whom I know is THE ONE. We met 3 years ago and it's was wonderful but this past year has been really hard. He says he loves me he get EXTREMELY jealous and mad when I see someon I know at a bar or club, who happens to be a guy and I say hi, he continues to want to be in my life and says how much I mean to him but then he still doesn't feel he's good enough right now to put a title on it. It's like we are in a relationship and everyone around us sees it at we are as well but he doesn't want that title right now. Ugh there's sooo much more to this but too much to even put down. 
Ladies what do u think? What should I do? And how do I just do my own thing and act cool when it really bothers me? For example he says "men like what they can't have" what does that even mean? How do I make him miss the hell out of me and come running to me? I need that confidence to just be like peace! But I love him like I've NEVER loved before. #aCry4Help

Usually I don't respond to these. Today I will. The best advice I can even consider giving is go get a copy of "He's Just Not That Into You" and let it become your guide. I have been through more guys exactly like that than I can remember. Exactly 0 wound up as a lasting relationship. Right now, he has everything he wants. He has a girl devoted to him, whom he clearly doesn't want going to anyone else because she gives him what he wants for free... Yet he isn't tied down to that "relationship" title, so he can do what (or who) he wants. A dude who can spend years dragging you along, getting "jealous" when you speak to other men yet won't commit? Is not cute, or sweet, or a good thing in even the slightest. I can't even begin to list how many lines I've heard along that crap. "I love you, and I want to be with you, but..." And then there's some great excuse of how much they're going through and why they can't be with you quite yet. Men... Are fairly capable creatures. They have ran the world for a long time. If they want to be with you, nothing is going to stop them. He has spent three years choosing, intentionally, every single day, NOT to claim you as his girlfriend, so why keep giving him the power? There is no magic way to make them change. I say call his bluff. Walk away. He either realizes what he's losing, or he lets you walk, and in that case you can find someone worth your time who will actually be willing to be in a relationship.

U have to put your foot dwn love is a 2way street it's not just about him talk to him bc he needs to consider your feelings to not havin a title and even tho it's just a title a title goes a long way and he will only continue to do what u allow but nvr bite your tongue on your feelings

I hope you can figure something out....! I can't help with any ideas bcuz I'm with someone called " MY HUSBAND " we've been married for only 3 months , We talked about DIVORCE more than ten times already.....!!! It is heart breaking how u feel like he's the one , but u get completely shocked with reality..... 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
I do love him and i 100% know he does!! But love is not enough, understanding and respect  is the most important thing in any relationship

Walk away. Three years later and he can't be bothered for a title? Watch He's Just Not That Into You if you haven't already done so. He's stringing you along.
