Can anyone explain why my test lines are two different colors?

Concentration of the hormone in your urine is causing the difference, plus all tests are different. All that matters is that there are two lines- darkness of those lines can vary depending on how far along u are and time of day/how hydrated you are.

if they were taken at different times of day the hormones may have been in a lower concentration later in the day.
