Spotting

So I’m spotting and my doctor wants me to take it easy until my appointment on the 12th. No lifting, straining, sex, ect. But I don’t have a doctors note bc they told me over the phone and my job is lifting bending squatting and chasing kids. They don’t know I’m pregnant yet, and I really don’t want to tell them this way bc I’m sure it will be met with we need a note which I can’t really get before monday if they’ll even give me one without an appointment.
