I’m 33 weeks pregnant and had been constipated (still able to go but not a lot came out) but then just now I was having a bubbly belly and stomach cramps, super bad flatulence and then I had diarrhea. I googled it and I shouldn’t have. It says it can be a sign of preterm labor?! Is that true? I’ve only had diarrhea one time today so far so I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or if I should call my doc? Baby is moving just fine. And I’ve had no contractions. But I did do a lot of physical stuff today trying to get her nursery ready.
