Groin pain?

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m 33 weeks and it legitimately feels like someone drop kicked me in the vagina.... it’s not a sharp pain that goes away more like a dull ache that’s always there as if it was bruised (it’s not 🙄) It does get worse when i get out of bed or roll over in the night. This is my second pregnancy and i never had this with my 1st....

I’ve had this since 20 weeks :( night time is the absolute worst I have to switch sides every hour and a half and it feels like my pelvis is gonna crack in half when I roll over

I have this too. It's called symphysis pubic disorder. My ob sent me to physical therapy for it, which helps some, but didn't take it away. Mine started 14 weeks early. They are considering taking me off of work early because of this. I am a nurse, so after every shift, it feels awful. I still have 7 weeks to go until I'm induced.

I have it too. Especially rolling over in the middle of the night, it feels like it’s ripping apart and feels like it’s burning

I was at work the other day and texted my mom to tell her it literally felt like my vagina was being torn. Like a deep burn like pulled muscles. It goes away with rest but jeez! I am 31 weeks.

Never had it with my first either. It's somewhat relieved after I empty my bladder.

I have that too. It’s called symphysis pubis dysfunction. Basically, it’s just the ligaments that hold the 2 sides of your pelvis together stretching and causing your pelvis to feel unstable and uncomfortable. It’s totally normal, but my midwife said if the discomfort is too much to handle, you can get a pelvic belt to help with support. She recommended the si-loc belt and you can get it on amazon 👍🏻

I have it aswel! I literally waddle everywhere! 8 weeks to go so hopefully I can feel normal again 😩
