I think I've miscarried.

My AF was due on the 3rd, nothing showed. I've had 3 positive tests early last week, then end of the week they were all negative. Now I started to bleed heavily, and got serve cramps in my lower abdomen. Could this be a miscarriage, should I got to my doctor?
