Would you be willing to try having sex every night?

My husband and I have been together a couple decades. There was a time we were having a lot of problems, both in and out of the bedroom. Fighting a lot. Screaming at each other. I actually wasn’t sure we were going to make it. I challenged him to have sex with me every night for two months. Three years later, our relationship is so much stronger. We still have sex nearly every night, except for my period. That seems to have been the turning point. There’s a lot of crap you’re willing to work through because you know bedtime is coming, and you know you’re going to have sex...so you figure out a way to resolve the petty problems. Has anyone else tried this? (Edited to add that sex is generally five minutes or less. I love my husband, but his stamina is not all that great, which works great for me).
