almost 20 days I really need advice I had a period after 2mths of nuvaring then I had the whole ewcm spotting everything pointed to pregnancy I only had sex once during my July fertile days my question is if I use a opk how accurate would it be just incase I didn't conceive last month I still have all preg symptoms
