Mirena and pregnancy

So I’ve been on the birth control Mirena for 4 years and never had a problem... for some reason the last two days I’ve been getting cramping in my lower abdomen, like I’m getting my period but I had my 1 day period last weekend. I usually don’t get much of a period since being on the Mirena. I googled my symptoms this morning and saw that people had the same symptoms as me and were getting pregnant! Has anyone on here been thru this with their Mirena too?!?!?!?! I do have a gynecologist appointment Monday so I will be asking my dr as well but I’m impatient and would like some feed back from you ladies! Thank you in advance!
