Stag do with tiny baby?

Husband has arranged to go on a stag do to Boston, America (we are in the uk) on our oldest son’s birthday weekend, when the baby will only be 6 weeks only. He doesn’t understand why I’m annoyed. How would you react?

heck no! He wants to leave you with a new baby and your older son on his birthday! Thanks not right. Maybe if you tell him if he goes a little later after the baby is a bit older and it's not your son's birthday it's ok. so he can see it's not that you have a problem with him going, it is WHEN.

Thanks ladies. I’m so hormonal I don’t know if I’m being irrational or not. I think he has spoken to the stag organiser and they are talking about keeping it in Europe for just 2 nights instead of 4 and pushing it back to April instead of March. At least by then we will be in a routine and it won’t be our boy’s birthday!!

Personally I don't think it's very fair your first trimester is so important for you to relax and really look after yourself so your husband should be stepping up and helping with your son and things around the house.

Time off is so precious and with men only getting two weeks paternity surely they want to use that time to spend it with their new baby. I feel for you xxx
