It's a boy! 
We did the panorama test at 12 weeks and found out we're having a bouncing baby boy! Only concern at this time is the test also resulted in low PAPP-A (5th percentile). My doctor asked me to take 81mg of aspirin a day, no other further changes I need to make. Trying not to worry until we are given more reason too. 15 weeks tomorrow, next appt is at 16 weeks.
