First of all, I do not live in a legal state... I’m actually in a state so repressive they tried to outlaw hemp this year. Secondly, I live in a second floor apartment. no one above but someone below, and neighbors surrounding.

I feel so nauseous today, I feel I need to smoke some weed to help. I usually vape to conceal any smells leaking to the neighbors but I don’t have any fresh stuff to bake so I have to put it in a pieced up pipe (it’s a hookah bowl and the hose to the hookah) and smoke it. I’m so afraid the neighbors will smell it and know it’s me though...

If I do take a hit out of a pipe in my place I usually cook, use a spoof, and don’t smoke much to help conceal it, but since I’m not feeling well I don’t think I should cook right now. I haven’t smelt anything like cooking leaking into the walkway or in my apartment so I’m not sure if my neighbors would be able to smell.

Do you think I’m safe or do you think they can smell it? If they could and reported it couldn’t I just say it’s my smudge stick or incense or something (I’m pagan and use these in my practice). I also smoke as a spiritual thing. It’s not legal in my state or career, if I get caught and charged then I’ll lose everything.
