My fiancé and I are trying for a family, I had surgery in March to remove endometriosis, my cycle been somewhat regular. This month last Monday I had reddish orange spotting with mucus , Tuesday very very light pink barley noticeable, than it stopped I took a pregnancy test Wednesday or Thursday came back negative.. and today is day 31 in my cycle still no visit from aunt flow.. I don’t feel pregnant or auntie flow symptoms.. I was taking hormonal balance vitamins.. I stopped them early last week.. any advice? I’m thinking of trying for another pregnancy test tomorrow or waiting
