I fell down...
I’m 14/3. I was standing outside with my dog and she darted when she saw the neighbor dog. It happened so fast that I didn’t even have time to let go of the leash or prepare myself. She pulled me and I fell right on my hip and arm. It wasn’t that hard of a fall...
I’m reading about falls and see that it would have to be a pretty traumatic fall for anything serious but now I’m scared...
Any advise?
